It takes about three minutes to request a quote on UmraHajj.com. Our trip details form has four short steps, and each field helps our travel team prepare a proposal that fits your dates, your family and your budget. This article explains what every field means and how to fill it in with confidence.

Before you request a quote
You do not need exact dates or a fixed budget. A rough month, the number of travellers and your departure city are enough to start. If you already know how many nights you want in Makkah and Madinah, have that to hand as well.
Open the form at Get a Quote. You can move back and forth between steps, and nothing is sent until you press the final button.
How to request a quote in four steps
Step 1: Your trip
Choose the trip type (Umrah, Ramadan Umrah, Hajj or Umrah with extended Ziyarat), your preferred departure date and how flexible you are. Set the nights in Makkah and Madinah, pick the country you are travelling from, add your departure city or airport and say whether you need flights.
Step 2: Travellers
Enter the number of adults (12 and over), children (2 to 11) and infants (under 2). Tell us if anyone is elderly or needs a wheelchair or a slower pace, add your nationality for visa guidance and say whether you would like help with visas.
Step 3: Preferences
Pick a hotel level, your preferred distance to the Haram, room type, meals and transport in Saudi Arabia. Tick any extras such as guided Ziyarat, airport meet and assist or Rawdah permit help. You can add an optional budget guide and any notes.
Step 4: Your details
Add your full name, email and a phone or WhatsApp number, then choose how you would like us to contact you. Check the summary and press Send my request.
What the key fields mean
- Date flexibility — the more flexible you are, the more flight and hotel options we can compare.
- Distance to the Haram — from Haram-facing rooms to hotels served by a shuttle. Walking distance matters most for elderly travellers.
- Room type — double, triple, quad, family or connecting rooms, or a suite. Sharing a room changes the cost per person.
- Transport — shared coach, private car or the Haramain high-speed train between the two cities.
- Budget guide — optional, but it helps us suggest suitable hotels the first time.
Tips when you request a quote
Use the notes box for anything that does not fit a field: dietary needs, a preferred hotel, a group leader’s name or a wish to travel with relatives flying from another city. Mention the ages of children so we can suggest suitable rooms.
If you plan Hajj, choose Hajj as your trip type. Hajj places are allocated through official routes that differ by country, and we will explain the route that applies to you. You can read more in our Hajj registration guide.
Entry rules change from time to time, so it is worth checking the official Saudi visa portal for your nationality before you request a quote.
If something goes wrong
If the form shows an error, check that your name, a valid email and a phone number are filled in. If it still will not send, email [email protected] with your trip details instead and we will treat it in the same way.
